Web apps are increasingly looking like a natural choice for businesses - they run in the browser, you don't need to install anything and you can use them on your phone, tablet or computer. This is probably the main reason why small and medium-sized companies are increasingly choosing them, although of course they won't always be the best solution.

I also compare PWAs (Progressive Web Apps) with classic web apps; PWAs can be great for offline functions, but they won't always replace full-fledged office software.
